WHAT'S THE SHIPPING COST, TIMES, AND WHY?

Many of our girls ask why we charge these amounts, and our answer is simple: We charge half what is charged to us - We care about you and we strive to always offer you the best quality products and services at the lowest price, which is why we decided to charge you only half of what is changed to us. Wr never add any additional fees for shipping.

We use a shipping company that guarantees on time delivery and allows you to track both, Economy and Express, shipment options. We chose our courier companies for their fantastic service, because how they treat our customers matters to us.

We would love to offer shipping at a lower cost, and we are always looking for options to provide the best possible delivery service. As Perfezione grows and we begin to get discounted rates from our shipping service, we will always pass this savings onto you. It’s our promise to you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We are happy to tell you that we provide worldwide shipping as well as easy returns and exchange from any part of the world! For more information about shipping costs and time visit HERE.

DO I PAY IMPORT TAXES?

For order outside the USA - Depending on your country, import charges, duties or taxes for international sales may occur upon delivery. If you are from Brazil, the UK or India, it is most likely that you will be charged import charges due to your country's policies. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Please contact your local government for specific details.

You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Perfezione we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

CAN I CANCEL MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, absolutely! Please check our Returns and Exchange conditions here.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

After the order is placed, we can only cancel or change any order that has not been shipped. In case your package has left the warehouse, we cannot longer cancel or change the order.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY?

If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, contact us immediately. Please make sure to take some pictures of the faulty item(s) and write us your case to info@perfezione-lingerie.com.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece without extra charges. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two business days.

2. A description of the defect
3. Photo(s) showing the defect

WHERE CAN I ENTER MY COUPON CODE?

To enter your coupon code, click on your “Cart” and “Proceed to Checkout”, you will see a field next to it that says “Apply coupon”. Please click on this field to enter your coupon code.

Note: Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

WHEN ARE YOUR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS RESTOCKED?

If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website. Please join our waitlist to be e-mailed once this product becomes available.

WHAT'S YOUR PRIVACY POLICY LIKE?

ARE ONLINE PURCHASES SECURE ON PERFEZIONE?

Absolutely! We ensure a high level of privacy and security for all payment and personal information. We don't store any of your credit card info (which is handled by our payment processor) and we'll also never share any of your personal info with anyone.
