Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Perfezione we’re happy to accept exchanges or returns on any piece that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Guess what! We now have return depots located in different continents around the world, making it easy to return or exchange your items. Please refer to the chart below for more information about these.
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Perfezione items, we offer a full refund less shipping.
Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll give you the address of the closest Perfezione depot to you.
We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. We'll always do our best to take care of you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Perfezione when sent back, so we suggest using your post office of preference for the best service and tracking ID. You can choose to send it back to any of our warehouses in the USA, Europe, Asia or South America.
Online Return Process
• Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• In the package to be returned, please enclose the item(s) in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
• Payment will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card or Paypal account. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the item.
• Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

• Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging.
• Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
• It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Perfezione when sent back. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as Perfezione is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
• If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item
Note: Perfezione reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.
We’re unable to accept exchanges beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
We take pride of our Perfezione items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending any return.
Perfezione insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you.
Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Perfezione items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will be happy to rectify it for you.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is processed. Our processing time is between 1-3 working days to be dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 4-5 business days for shipments to be dispatched.
To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
